Hi, I’m Robyn

I coach aspiring women leaders because I’ve felt the pain of fear, doubt, and frustration when managing people, and I’ve seen the joy and positive impact of a leader who shows up well for their team.

I have a core belief that there is no “right” way to lead and all women have leadership excellence already within them.

I’ve worked in many industries and roles, gotten my MBA, became an ICF certified coach, coached managers at all levels, and trained in a variety of coaching styles all so that I can help any manager with any leadership problem.

I know that, with the right support, any manager can be an incredible people leader.

To our conversation, I bring:

  • Empathy, curiosity, and compassion

  • A professional background in consulting and Employee Experience Program Management, as well as an MBA from Berkeley Haas, certified training in the Enneagram Assessment, DISC, and workshop facilitation, and coaching certification through the Co-active Institute and the International Coaching Federation

Outside of coaching, I am passionate about spending time with my daughter and husband, cooking up a complicated recipe, reading fantasy/sci-fi novels, and traveling the world.
